"Radio Takeover" Series

A nationwide Entercom radio exclusive with the juggernauts of alternative music…

As host, my goal was a one-of-a-kind conversation exposing the human inside the superstar.

Foo Fighters

The Foo Fighters returned with their seventh full length record ‘Wasting Light” marking the creative reunion between Dave Grohl and his Nirvana “Nevermind” producer Butch Vig. They shunned fancy studio equipment and chose to record the album on old school analog tape in Dave's garage. In this hour long exclusive, the band gave us unprecedented access and they are just as authentic and awesome as you think they are.

Red Hot Chili Peppers

These legendary 'punk funk' pioneers returned in 2011 with their 10th studio album, "I'm With You". To fans, RHCP might seem like party boys but they are deeper than that and much more guarded after replacing John Frusciante with Josh Klinghoffer. In this hour long exclusive, we try to get some answers without pissing them off...we'll let you decide if we accomplished either of those goals.

Coldplay

In 2011, Coldplay delivered a colorful concept album called “Mylo Xyloto”. After swearing our souls, we got the chance to sit down with the band in hopes that they would bear their own.  In this hour long exclusive, you’ll hear their new music and conversation that prove these lovely British boys are still humble and completely charming after worldwide success.
